Module B
Engines
The DMI Gaming Machine is driven by three engines. Each engine transforms input into a different kind of dimensional and metric behaviour. Together they convert raw structure into insight.
WOW ENGINE – Pattern Generator
Purpose
Generate visual and geometric shockwaves that reveal hidden structure.
Behaviours
- •chromatic oscillation
- •geometric rotation
- •curvature snap
- •duality reveal
- •modulated repetition
Sliders
- •frequency
- •amplitude
- •curvature
- •rotation
- •chromatic spread
- •temporal flow
AHA ENGINE – Series Comparator
Purpose
Generate structural realisation by comparing sequences, ratios, and diagonals.
Behaviours
- •discrete steps
- •ratio changes
- •diagonal alignment
- •threshold detection
- •coherence measurement
- •temporal sequencing
ALIGNMENT ENGINE – Verbal / Linguistic
Purpose
Generate insights by aligning meaning across domains, tags, and contexts.
Behaviours
- •horizontal alignment
- •contextual tags
- •semantic clusters
- •domain / subdomain coherence
Insight Output
WOW → AHA → INSIGHT
The engines operate as a pipeline. WOW produces visual and geometric shock. AHA compares structure and detects realisation. Alignment binds the result to meaning. The output is a single insight event: the moment pattern, structure, and meaning coincide.
