The DMI Gaming Machine tracks progress, rewards players, and reinforces insight behaviour. Every interaction produces alignment successes that feed into a lightweight progression system.
Alignment Successes
Four signals tell the machine that the player and the content are converging.

Diagonal Correctness
The player’s input aligns with the correct diagonal: 1:1, 1:1:1, 2:1, 3:1, √2, √3, √5, or √10.
TC
Tag Coherence
Words, phrases, and summaries form a coherent semantic cluster around the same concept.
WA
WOW → AHA Transitions
A WOW event successfully leads to an AHA event, turning pattern shock into structural realisation.
Reward Types
Alignment successes unlock four categories of reward.
VU
Visual Upgrades
Unlock new chromatic palettes, geometric modulations, and reel behaviours as the machine’s output becomes richer.
ND
New Diagonals
Unlock additional diagonals (√2, √3, √5, √10) once the player demonstrates coherence with simpler ratios.
NS
New Domains & Subdomains
Reveal deeper layers of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, metrology, informatics, ADI, LCC, and THERME.
SB
Insight Streaks & Badges
Award badges for consecutive insights, diagonal mastery, domain coherence, or multi-domain alignment.

Purpose
Rewards and progression transform the DMI Gaming Machine from a static insight engine into a dynamic, evolving gameplay system that responds to the player’s growth. Each success unlocks new structure, deepens the available patterns, and strengthens the pipeline from WOW to AHA to INSIGHT.
